Beyonce and Jay-Z get tattoos on their fingers which is kinda weird if you ask me. Mrs. Knowles-Carter is not one to place an ink mark all over her neck like younger singer Rihanna. The tat is ugly though it doesn’t do anything to enhance her body which is what most tattoos are used for.
